The shower had good water pressure and the concierge staff was friendly and helpful. The owner was friendly and usually responded quickly. The apartment was spacious, has a balcony and is in a secure building. It was very easy to get a taxi or to access public transportation.
The apartment was quite dirty, the furniture broken and worn. The bed was not very comfortable.
I was especially surprised and disappointed in the cleanliness. The couch was lumpy and filthy, the dishes unclean. But… the cost per night was low so if these things don’t bother you, you get what you pay for.
We stayed for one week and were only given 2 towels and one hand towel.
We were repeatedly told that it was a dangerous neighborhood but we did not feel unsafe.

"I really enjoyed my stay at Marcos's one bedroom apartment. It is centrally located. It is comfortable. The building is interesting. I strongly recommend it to solo travelers or couples."
