The room was spacious enough and comfortable. We liked the coffee machine and the overall space. The bathroom was a good size, and all the essential amenities were provided and in good order.

When we arrived, we were given the wrong room by reception. At around 2:00 a.m., we were woken up and asked to leave the room and move to the correct one. When I asked if we could make the move the following day instead, this was not possible, and we were asked to move in the middle of the night. When we arrived at the correct room, which was the room we had originally booked through Booking.com, the bed had not been made. The duvet and pillows were in the wardrobe, but we had no way of knowing whether they had been freshly cleaned, so we had to use them as they were. Unfortunately, this whole situation made our first night and the following day very uncomfortable. I would suggest greater attention from the reception team when assigning rooms, as well as better coordination with the cleaning team to ensure that rooms are fully prepared, including the bed, before guests arrive.

Really nice property in a great location, close to the Old Town and port. Very convenient and easy to get around.

The bathroom does not have a bidet, which would have been a nice addition

Felt it was overpriced, was the most expensive place we stayed in our entire Europe trip of 8 countries with the worst facilities. Kitchen needed more utensils and cooking equipment as we didn’t even have a cutting board or bowls. Bedding was quite thin for winter
