Great location with a very nice host and great terrace
The apartment is very bare and the pull out bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were also super flat. The coffee maker didn’t work well despite it being replaced by the hose midway through our stay.

The flat was extremely clean, comfortable and convenient and had secure on-site parking. Although we drove in, the flat is literally right by the train station for those arriving by train, but we (thankfully) did not notice any noise from inside the flat. Roberto was an excellent host -- he was very responsive to all of our inquiries and was able to secure a dinner reservation for my wife and I at Il Cavatappi, a hard-to-get table. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was clean and well presented. Spacious.
The surrounding was noisy due to ongoing construction work even during nights.
The parking which was reserved for me was up on a slope and whilst parking my car had a bump at the bottom due to sudden flat surface at the top. Same thing happened whilst taking my car back out.
