Very nice hotel with a great location in the heart of Tbilisi. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, big rooms, and is a great choice for exploring the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great central tourist area location. Rooms are clean, and bonus was the presence of toilet spray which is very hygienic. Nice breakfast area with big variety of dishes. Modern lobby with nice decor. I also recommend you try burnt basque cheesecake at the Mozaiko restaurant :)
The room did not have a window. Staff although polite but should be friendlier and more helpful. Every door man never said hello nor smiled nor offered any help. Utilities like bank and water supplier use the main hotel entrance which blocks the cars and taxis, would be better if they used a different or back entrance. Hotel restaurant on the ground floor has a poor menu for lunch and dinner, could be better.

L’emplacement. Même si pour les taxi l’accès n’est pas facile. Le petit déjeuner avec son buffet. .
Les problèmes de réglages de la climatisation. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre!
La vue sur la route. Très bruyante. Pas d’étage élevé. Odeur dans LaSalle de bain de la 217.
