The Dome may be a small hotel but it's very well placed for a short walk into the centre of Arras. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) who spoke excellent English. Parking was a little tricky as the hotel has only a few parking spaces but the owner kindly moved his car to accommodate us. We were given a spacious quiet room with the most comfortable large bed. Breakfast was a comprehensive help yourself buffet but the owner made the coffee for us. Overall, a lovely stay prior to getting LeShuttle at Calais.
Nothing. The Hotel is a little tricky to find but if you miss the archway to the courtyard first time round, it's fairly easy to go back on yourself and no one hooted us even though it was rush hour on a Friday night.

Le confort du lit et le style général de l'hôtel (la décoration).
Le parking dans la cour, petit, mais suffisant.
L'hôtel est bien situé, à cinq minutes du centre-ville.
Le personnel est agréable et très professionnel.
L'entrée au parking, il s'agit d'une prote cochère, l'entrée est un peu étroite.
Quelques ornières à l'entrée du parking et un manque d'éclairage.

un parking en ville est indispensable quand on vient en voiture ;par contre il faudrait l aménager un peu mieux

The room was spacious clean, nicely presented and comfortable. Compared to the outside of the building, the interior is a nice surprise!
We were lucky and arrived early but had we been later, parking is very limited with spaces that were once available to the hotel, now no longer accessible to them. If you want to check in before 5pm you need to advise the hotel and pay extra as the receptionist is only there at specific times.
