Courteous staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms. A good option especially for short-duration stays if the purpose of visit is to be in and around the Campus area for work / personal reasons. Would consider staying again while visiting North Delhi.
Wouldn't rate it as the optimal value for money stay. Priced a bit higher for the accommodation type and size (it can be categorised as a Paying Guest converted into a BnB).

Liked the room, amenities, cleanliness and host behaviour. Room was hygienic and well-maintained. Also the cost was fair.
The bathroom was a bit small. Also, I wasn't aware that the property is more of a PG than a guest house so there's a night curfew of entering the property, due to which I had to compromise my plans.

Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Large breakfasts made to order. Lots of closet space with many hangers.
Because of the staff's English ability, ordering breakfast was always a two-step process.
