The area is very quiet, the house is tucked away on a little street but still close to a couple konbini. The train station is a 6-8 minute walk away, and after dark the area was very nice to wander around to snap some scenic photos. The house has a very traditional Japanese feeling to it with the tatami mats, and sliding paper doors.

I was excited to see how comfortable the futons were because this property only has one western style bed, which my mother used, but I've found it to not be as comfortable as i had hoped, which would be fine except that room faces the sunrise and the curtains don't hold the sun back well if you plan on sleeping in.

Very gorgeous property and very comfortable to stay in, loved the amenities and especially the bathroom

the bedroom doors opening and closing sound a little spooky in the middle of the night

What a lovely place to stay I've always wanted to stay inba traditional Japanese house, and this property finally gave me that chance. Sad to leave but had an amazing time there. Cannot possibly recommend highly enough.

Everything was perfect. Nothing negative to say.
