The view, the position & the amenities
How to get to it & the availability of the lift. Also no one knew if it was working or not

The location was excellent and close to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions you had.
There was mould around the apartment, the shower drain was blocked so when you would shower you would be standing in a big puddle of water. The pressure of the tap was very low and we waited about 7 minutes for the hot water to come through. The door that led to the balcony wouldn’t close so we had to use a chair to keep it shut during the day and at a night.

"Magnifique balcon, vue incroyable de toutes les fenêtres dans l’appartement. Petit, mais très bien situé et très joli."
