Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %7 / 10Bon·juill. 2026
The location was convenient, especially due to its proximity to Manipal Hospital. The property was easily accessible, and the stay was comfortable overall.
The lift was not working at times, which caused inconvenience. The balcony was not properly cleaned and needed better maintenance. The property appears to require renovation and upgrades to meet modern standards.

Value for money. Room lights are required to be maintained. One exhaust fan should be fixed in the toilet.
7 / 10Bon·mai 2026
The location is a positive aspect, as it is within walking distance of Manipal Hospital. The place can be considered convenient for those visiting for medical treatment.
The property did not match the photographs provided on the website. The balcony was dirty and covered with bird droppings, and the towels were not clean. Additionally, the lift occasionally had issues. Overall, despite the name, the property did not meet expectations and requires improvement. As it is a service apartment, it would be appropriate to provide at least one table for basic convenience.
