Nice location and beautiful house. Amenda was of a great help and very responsive and accommodating.
There was a few issue with the electricity disconnection from the moment of arrival. The pool water was cold with no heater, so could not be used.

Het heerlijke ruime huis, het prachtige resort! De ruimte in het huis (we waren met acht volwassenen).
Wij verbleven er vier nachten ivm de X Treme triatlon in Knysna

Property has fantastic view and the house is stunning. Staff where available to answer queries via whatsapp.
Heated pool was not heated (was actually ice cold), should have been indicated before. Pool also alot smaller than it appears on the photos.
Check in was arranged for 1pm, cleaning staff only left between 4-5pm. Property was cleaned rather hastily and not thoroughly (microwave wasn't cleaned, washing left on the line, empty hand wash bottle left in one of the bathrooms)
