Great location next to KL Sentral. Kindly stored our bags for 10 days. We recommend the ABC Bistro across the road for fabulous food at any time of day and also Meshas barbers. Comfy bed and good shower - what more do you need?!

Very friendly staff and a great location. Quick 5-10 min walk to the KL sentral bus/ train station. Lots of restaurants closeby to eat at. Air conditioning in the room worked well. Comfortable beds.
My room on the main floor didn't have a window. The towels were stained and a bit worn. Could be a bit noisy from the TV in the lobby at nighttime.

It is very well located everything is right outside the hotel restaurants, mini mart and massage spa and also the kl sentral is just a few steps away

Not really..
There was no TV or minibar in the room, no information during check in by a foreigner staff but fully charged as per booking.com rate. No coffee or tea sachets, in hotelier terms, it was a OOO room. When approached Front desk later, they claimed the TV n Minibar was sent for repairs.
