Regarding reception, both check in and check out process are convience for me.
Room cleaning also excellent of daily
Breakfast is also tasty for me and staff from dinning are warmly to visitor.
This is third time, I stayed at this hotel
A bit nousy from visitors who talk loudly at the corridor. Some visitors are talking loudly so it is inconvient for me.

The room was nice, but the view was on parking lots, although I was on the 3rd floor, so kept the curtains shut. The pool area was nice, although it felt a little bit ignored...
The noise. There was banging all day because there were ongoing works on site, and it wasn't mentioned at the time of the booking. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere, as I really needed to rest from my travels. And they started playing elevator music at 5.45 am which woke me. Overall, a very bad experience for resting. You are given an email address to complain about the inconvenience, so you just get a poor apology by email.
