The location is convenient, and I liked the fact that the room was very specious
The cleaning standards fell short, and the shower was especially frustrating - water jets were spraying in all directions, also making the bathroom floor dangerously slippery. Upon arrival, check-in took far too long - especially at 11:30pm - as the staff couldn’t find my booking initially and then took a long time to understand. There were no towels in the bathroom upon arrival. Some team members were friendly, but overall, the service lacked proactivity and warmth. A bit more anticipation of guest needs would make a big difference.
