The hotel perfectly lives up to its "Urban" name with an awesome vibe. The rooms are very clean with large, comfortable beds. Housekeeping and support staff provided excellent service, and the reception was attentive. A big highlight is the breakfast at the Em Nazih Cafe on the first floor – amazing authentic Lebanese flair, cool music, and delicious food. The gym is also great.
Just a quick heads-up for future guests: The pool was closed for renovations during my stay. There was a bit of miscommunication at the front desk about whether it could be used or not, but it turned out to be fully under restoration. It didn't affect my great overall experience at all, but it's good to know before you go.

Friendly staff
When you call for anything they are prompt to get it done
Definitely will stay again
Laundry issue i brought bag of 3 kilo i have wight it first
But when I have it back front desk said it is 7 kilo and he said he put it on scale behind counter and he said look 6.5 kilo
So I went to my room to bring the scale after I came down
Now it is 3 kilo
This is was not good at all to do that
I inform the person at the counter for his Co worker action to inform management on his action

The rooms and the hotel itself
The staff are so unfriendly and not communicating
I ask the reception for house keeping they come an hour later
Someone left me money at the front desk and they kept saying nobody left you anything for 2 days until I called the person who left the money to come to the hotel so we can see who he left the money with, at this moment they said yeah there is money for you
The toilets smelled so bad all my stay and I kept asking for house keeping or someone to fix it
They only came with air freshener and in 5 minutes the bad smell was back again
