The hotel is situated just around the corner of the main street in Frantiskovy Lazne (Franzenbad) and next to one of the many parks. The train station as well as good affordable parking (Parkoviště SEVER) are also nearby. We opted for breakfast and dinner at hotel Savoy and it was very good, with different options for dinner each evening. Breakfast offers both English and continental breakfast as well as muesli etc. The hotel is clean and the rooms are cleaned each day (!) and even towels can be changed daily. We can definitely recommend this hotel, I would not hesitate to come again.
For the price we paid it would be unfair to mention anything here.

Essen sehr abwechslungsreich,
perfekte Lage zum Kurpark
Das Personal hat sehr gut deutsch gesprochen
Teppiche sind erneuerungsbedürftig,
Sauna war offensichtlich schon seit längerem geschlossen,
Sehr schlechte/keine erfolgreiche Kommunikation vor der Ankunft, nach der Ankunft wurden bestehende Probleme nur auf mehrmalige Aufforderung und Nachfragen zugesichert und wird hoffentlich gelöst (Zimmerstornierung und -wechsel)
Gruppen werden im ganzen Haus verteilt. Die Bar viel zu klein und zu kurze Öffnungszeiten für soviele Gäste,
Silvester wurde die HP für uns kurzfristig (ca. eine Woche vorher) auf Mittag verlegt- es gab für uns kein Abendessen, als Alternative wurde uns die Teilnahme an der Silvesterparty des Hotels, für 180€ pro Person angeboten.
