The Cleveland

This was my second visit to this lovely hotel. Located in central london and close to Paddington tube station. Paddington station is the only station I can use due to partial disability & the need for step free access. Having Paddington station so close, makes this hotel an easy to get to hotel. Check in was smooth, the room was spotlessly clean a fresh with no bad odours. I stayed in the Luxury Studio Suite, which is well equiped with kitchinette. This room is pure class, and well worth the money. Situated in the heart of London, you can't go wrong. Would I book here again? A definite yes. This hotel is absolutely awesome and even better for access, if you do not have disability access needs.

The only difficulties I had, was dealing with steps, at the entrance, and around 5 steps to the lift. The hotel provides a ramp for accessing the entrance stairs, but do not have one for the stairs which leads to the lift. It would be nice for them to supply this facility, for people in need of access, to the small steps (5 to 6 steps approx.).

The location is great, and one a quiet street which we really appreciated.

I may have missed this in the description, but there are elevators, but not for all floors and heavy luggage is hard to navigate for the floors without elevators.

Staff were very polite, great room, great location, comfortable and clean

I liked it all
