Hotel grounds amazing and beautiful
Brighter and prettier room maybe discount on that room as looking out onto car park
But great sized room and very adaquate for 1 night

The decor was a little sad and in need of redecoration.

The location was excellent and we had beautiful views of the river. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, even the man that was maintaining the cleanliness of the pathway in the garden, stopped and asked us how our day had been. The grounds were kept immaculate.
If I’m being very picky, the decor/furniture was a bit dated and the one lamp beside the bed wasn’t close enough to a socket to be plugged in so wasn’t able to use it.

A beautiful hotel on the banks of a beautiful river.
No internet (so unable to make travel arrangements), restricted TV (because the internet was down), no hot water until departing morning.
