Location, spacious clean room.
No kettle in the room, requested and was told at the reception they had none it was fully booked? Even after a whole day. Poor as how much is a kettle boiler for a hotel? Staff friendliness I only get at the night shift. Rest is questionable, will have to check with time if it’s a race thing. Poor breakfast.

Ideal location for the Messe, with a few restaurants in walking distance too.
Super clean, fast check in, helpful staff. Good breakfast too.
In room coffee was limited and didn’t provide enough milk. Other than that very minor point I was very happy.

Le petit déjeuner est très bien. L'hotel est tres propre, le systeme de self check-in avec QR code est super.
Le parking est un peu cher (22€ par jour ou 2,50€ de l'heure)

The breakfast had good options.
Staff is friendly and helpful
Coming from a long trip and you need to charge your items, there are no sockets near the bed. Only one at the table and in the bathroom.
Had the room next to the elevator was super noise starting at 6am. That door to the hallway was constantly opened and closed. In generell you can hear your neighbors from room to room easily. Had not the best sleep.
Then there was a power cut and I could not leave the garage. They were not able to open the front gate manually. In the end i took a taxi. But just imagine you have to catch a flight or train.
