This place is a real gem!!! The large, comfortable rooms, nice big beds, the friendly and helpful staff and outstanding breakfast made this a great choice!! It was steps from the historic center of Basel.
I really hated to leave!

The location was excellent for getting around. The room was clean and bright. The staff were exceptional.
The pillows were awful. They were very flimsy like they did not have enough stuffing. We also do not care for the individual comforters on the bed. They were too warm and as I toss and turn all night I felt like I was a wrapped up mummy by the morning.

Located near the magnificent Spalentor gateway, it is easy to travel throughout Basil. Very well served for buses and trams if you are going further afield. Quiet yet well situated for everything. Botanical gardens just across the road.
