Beautiful waterfront property.
Friendly helpful staff.
Very good breakfast.
1) Noisy in the evening.
2) The Umbrellas at the beach should be free for the Guests of the hotel.
Nobody in the world charges extra for the umbrella and the tanning beds outside, if YOU are staying at the hotel!
That interrupted our relaxation time with family and created extra stress on the Vacation.
I had to run back to the room to get my wallet and then come downstairs again.
Other than that, the hotel is great!.

Location was great.
Room was very noisy, located next to restaurant ventilation fan. Bed was very uncomfortable and linen did not fit the bed. Our shower drain was blocked and the basin had no drain plug.
