I don’t even know where to start. Kelly on reception was phenomenal, get customer service is beyond excellent. The hotel itself is stunning, clean, tidy, the food as arranged by Kelly was absolutely amazing. Location is superb. We just loved this place
Room was a little small however only a very minor criticism as we would stay in the same room again

Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. Room was cosy. Great location as it is very close to the station and shops.

Beautiful room, good facilities. Very cold! Air con to extreme! Nice breakfast.
Very noisy guests, freezing air con made you feel chilled to the bone.
