Excellent location. Large room which was very clean.

No water left in the room. Servicce at breakfast was slow.

Hotel was near amenities, easy to find, cosy and room service was excellent.

The location is excellent and the food and service in the Bistro was excellent and very accommodating.

The shower had a leak which meant water was spraying out into the bathroom when on. Despite telling reception I don't think this was sorted before I left. The window didn't open at all either (I know it's a high room but I was hoping to get a little fresh air even if it can't be opened all the way) and I'm not sure the bathroom extractor fan was working (perhaps very quietly). The room felt like it's ready for a little TLC too. There was also an odd sense that the staff were quite stretched and didn't have strong communications with each other as a result. I received the service exactly as paid for but I don't remember once in three days being asked how my stay was going or anything conversational... Sky Sports continuously playing on the TV in the bar also felt out of place. Perhaps this is just the taste they're catering for but it's not really for me.

Central location

Room lighting is poor - no light or bright light, no reading light. Air con is noisy.
