Nada todo estuvo muy bien

Comfort, hygiëne, vriendelijkheid van het personeel, locatie, zwembad, uitstraling van het complex en de mooie grote tuin

We booked a suite, it was a good size. There was parking close by which was great. There was a pool but we didnt use it as it wasnt heated, i can imagine in the summer it would be lovely. Although only one can be used for children.

We didnt get much interaction from the staff at all. Those at breakfast seemed quite grumpy. I had expected info on possible tours etc but no information given at check in. Surprised there was no juice available for children, at breakfast, just water, tea and coffee. Breakfast was odd - onion rings, chips but an ok slection of jams, cheese etc. We were there for 4 nights and our room was not cleaned at all. So no water, clean towels, shampoo etc. The suite was in an another building so felt disjointed from the main hotel. It can also be busy with groups who get up very early to go and see the balloons, we had someone banging on our door at 4am! Only for them to realise they had the wrong door. So sound travels. It meant most mornings we were being woken up around 4am. We ended up eating all our meals in different restaurants / cafes around Cappadocia.
