Absolutely one of my best stays in Sri Lanka.
The views are breathtaking; the room is cozy with a large terrace area.
The host is so welcoming and warm; she offered me some of her cooking, which was amazing.

Incredible homestay, please book, you are high on the mountain and welcomed into the most beautiful home. There are no mosquitoes so you can sleep with the door open, then wake to beautiful views. Great bathroom! With hot water!
The wake into town in an easy hour downhill, and we didn’t struggle to find tuktuk or pick me to get back up / pick us up. We even got pick me food for dinner delivered with no problems

The host was wonderful. We requested authentic Srl Lankan breakfast. She went above and beyond what was expected to make. She is very knowledgeable about the city and surroundings. They provided free laundry.
There are no visible signs to tell the drivers how to get there. Pick ups from the hotel are hit and miss as not all drivers will come to hillside for short trips.

Such a stunning view over Kandy, and delicious breakfasts each day
Was a little difficult to find using google maps, but look for the sign for Hotel Kandy Highlands and you’re in the right place
