Great locale, near the Eiffel Bridge, restaurants, and close to Gaia!
Rooftop bar was fun and nice to get some late afternoon sun with light breezes! Very pleasant, but it would have been nice to have some snacks to eat whole drinking!
Our shower had mildew stains in corners, near the rails for the doors. Rather unpleasant to look at, otherwuse the room was great!
It would have been nice to have a 3rd key card for the AC to run and stay cool so when we returned it was comfortable. We ended up leaving a key card there to do just that instead of having it on us. I knownit can be done as the Eurostar Hotel in Lisboa does it that way. Just my thought...
I don't know if ypu have a pillow menu, but it would have been helpful to know as ours were kinds of mushy.

Lovely location-a little away from the busy part of Porto.
It was lovely walking along the river to the activities which are in close proximity to the hotel.
Enjoyed the breakfast and the rooftop bar area.
Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Apples and pastries available at reception.
At times the reception area appeared under-resourced.
A few times we tried to order food in the casual eating area which is supposedly open during certain hours, but struggled to get service.

Poor breakfast where I had to pay for an homelette, not in line with 4-stars standard, no gym, no toiletries in the bathroom, no coffee machine, very weirdly shapped hotel
