C’est un emplacement parfait près de l’autoroute près de tout ou presque et près de la rivière. Parfait pour marcher et faire du vélo. L’hôtel n’est pas neuf cette mais tout est propre et tout fonctionne. C’est commode et pratique et les employés sont très gentils. Je recommande cet endroit qui offre un excellent rapport qualité prix
Le matelas est à changer car très inconfortable.

The lack of communication with occupants once checked in, there should be a mean of checking on occupants daily to know their wellbeing, if anything should happen to guests it ll take days for management to know

The young gentleman that works there. He was very understanding and had a great level of empathy. He tried to do his best to solve any problem that we faced there. I really appreciate him. (I forgot to ask his name, but he had moustache and beard)
The room was cold for the first night, but this gentleman who works at reception gave us a small heater for the second night. Another problem was the smell of the room which was not good. It had a cigarette and smoke smell. Also, that neighbourhood had a sewage smell. I think neighbours should talk to city to find a solution for this problem
