Good location if you want to be in your own area away from busier centre of Funchal. Close to the sea, nice balcony to watch the sunrise, and lots of restaurants a couple of minutes away.

We felt the bed and pillows to be very uncomfortable, so much so that we had back and neck pain from the first night’s sleep. We were happy to leave to our next location because of this. Also it was a bit of a pain to park - it was always a gamble whether we would have a space or not outside the building and there was no space on the surrounding streets at all. If we had known this ahead of time we probably wouldn’t have picked this place. We only found out on the day of arrival this was the case. It’s also an area with an older population of tourists and the restaurants are mostly other European or world cuisines with elevated prices so doesn’t feel like an authentic Madeiran experience

Labai patogi sofa,pagalvota apie viską,ko gali prisireikti buityje,daug spintelių viską susidėti. Ypatingi vaizdai iš balkono ir dideli langai.Jauku. Patogus patekimas į butą. Leista likti iki 13 val.,nors išsiregistruoti pagal taisykles turėjom 10 ryto.

Neveikė tualetas porą kartų,staiga nustodavo bėgti vanduo.
