The room is very cozy, well-equipped kitchen, good wi-fi signal. Everything is clean. Free parking is a bonus. They even have two bikes for you to use! The little building in which you are staying (it has proper heating, which is also great on a chilly day) has windows looking towards the sea. The location wasn't easy to find the first time (Google does not give you proper directions in the area), but once you know where it is, it is great. Allow yourself some time to stroll along the beach, and take into account that one of Kalmar's main attractions, the castle, is walking distance away - there is a path along the sea to get there. Highly recommended overall.

There supposed to be a washing machine, but I could not find it. And I would love clear instructions on how to separate the garbage - what goes in the red, green, and blue sections of the recycling bin. For travelers that come from a different country that would be really helpful.

Trevliga värdar, mysig miljö, nära till bad och city mm. Huset var mycket välstädat och mysigt. Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Feedback, önskar att det fanns en badrumsmatta att lägga fram efter dusch 😄.

It is very close to the castle and town center. There were bikes we could use although everything is walkable as well. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft! Tolle Lage!
