One of the most unique places you will ever stay. Only possible in Mormon culture. You’re with other guests and with the family, and the feeling is like you’re just hanging out with the family. Beautiful facility and it was really a great experience. I totally recommend this to anyone as an experience. This is not just a place you stay at a place you live and will always remember.

Easily accessible and staff helpful
Could improve unit by greasing door hinges so that they wouldn't make so much noise opening and shutting. Might consider adding eggs to breakfast.

Plenty of bedding and towels
Continental breakfast items (milk, apple juice, coffee creamer, Chobani yogurts, cream cheese, bagels, loaf of bread)
Adequate space for our group (3 adults and 4 kids)
Sufficient cooking items and a nice stove
Very large shower- quite a surprise!
One bed was soft and one was very comfortable
*Reviewing the basement rental*
The exterior of the main house is very worn (major roof repairs needed) and dated, with a lot of junk outside (old refrigerators,mattresses, old bikes, debris, etc.). Had I shown up with just my kids, I would have hesitated staying alone based on appearance only. The entrance to the basement property is kinda sketch and a little eerie. The basement property itself is “eclectic and dated”, very dark as the main living spaces has very little natural light. One bedroom had very low clearance through the doorway.

I appreciated clear communication from the property owner through text and card about getting into the property and checking out procedures. Loved the cookies left for us by the card. Breakfast was simple but just what we needed.
The fridge had too frequent on-and-off cycling and was very loud when it was on. It went on about every 40-50 minutes and stayed on for about 10 minutes at night. The noise woke me up early in the morning and kept me awake.
