Very nice and clean. Rooms were all you need from a hotel. The bath was very nice

Location is convenient as it is close to the train station. Staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and room clean.
The policy for timing of the air conditioning. It was quite hot in the room if the air conditioning was not on. My stay was in June.

Nice clean modern hotel and rooms, close proximity to train station and centre of city, enough variety of restaurants close by. I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast buffet good.
Medewerkers 'vriendelijk doch zakelijk' which is not really a dislike.

clean room - good communication about packed breakfast
entrance is a bit strange, in the middle of the bar/restaurant - no air conditioning available until after 9pm (room was stuffy) - booked because we had a an early train but the hotel is on the other side of busy streets from the train station (but probably still the closest in hoorn)
