Good location, friendly staff and clean and tidy. Early breakfast was great for getting an early ferry

Great location for the Chunnel, and having Tesla chargers on site is a huge plus.
Excessive charge. - £30 - for a dog to stay. We pay €6 on the other side of the channel! Uninspiring food choices for dinner - almost nothing that would qualify as healthy, except for a superfood salad (and you can have such a thing as too much salad). I ate the middle of a pie, leaving the pastry and the chips. Nice, but barely enough for a meal, and expensive for what it was. Breakfast was included, and was ‘adequate’. Undercooked bacon, pale, tasteless scrambled eggs, chewy croissants, very nasty coffee. But it feels as if it’s ‘free’, and to be fair, my husband enjoyed his.
