Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and a Serious Safety Concern My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking. There was water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, with water coming directly through the light fixture. This is not just an inconvenience; it is a serious safety concern involving water and electricity. What made the experience even worse was the hotel’s response. I contacted the staff multiple times, expecting them to take the issue seriously, inspect the problem, and provide a proper solution. Instead, they repeatedly gave me towels and told me to put them on the bathroom floor to absorb the water. Let that sink in: water was leaking through a ceiling light, and their solution was to hand me towels. Rather than fixing the problem, moving me to a safe room, or demonstrating any genuine concern for my safety and comfort, the hotel left me to deal with the consequences of its own maintenance failure. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of its rating or price. Guests pay for a clean, safe, and properly maintained room, not to spend their stay managing a water leak while the staff offers towels as a substitute for professional service. The real disappointment was not just the maintenance issue itself, but the lack of responsibility, urgency, and basic customer care shown by the hotel. I would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who expects professional service, basic safety standards, and a management team that actually takes guest complaints seriously.
