The outsides of the hotel looks amazing !!
The property photos are misleading , the hotel it self is in the middle of a shopping complex no local little shops nearby you have to walk for half hour or drive for 10 mins to get to the market square. The rooms weren’t the nicest either bit tired. The double is 2 twins with 2 separate tiny duvets.

Location is good. Room sufficient enough.
Language on TV was only German. It would be better to have more options for non-German speakers.

The room was clean and comfortable.
Online check-in and check-out were convenient and smooth.
For a 4-star hotel, the lack of amenities was disappointing: no bathrobes or slippers despite having a spa, no in-room toiletries, and no Wi-Fi provided, even though a network was visible.
Breakfast was acceptable but nothing special, and the very limited staff interaction made the stay feel impersonal.
