Location is awesome. You can walk to everything.
We were on the 3rd floor the stairs got old also our room was warm. Didn’t cool off very well.

Being right downtown is nice, the bed was very comfortable and the a/c works well. The living are is also very nice.
The bathroom needs a total overhaul and the kitchen could use new appliances. Also, the deck needs new/clean furniture.
