Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, with bus stops nearby and most major attractions just a 10–15 minute walk away. The hotel is beautifully decorated, creating a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Simon, who made us feel very welcome! The breakfast was also delicious, with a great selection of food. Overall, a fantastic experience! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

No issues at all, everything was perfect!

Raisa, who works at reception, and Jessica, the owner, were absolutely incredible throughout our stay. We have rarely been welcomed with such kindness, attention and genuine hospitality. Jessica in particular went far beyond what we could ever have expected when we had a problem with our car. She helped us enormously and was incredibly thoughtful, caring and always ready to assist us in any way she could. The location is also fantastic, right in front of the Arno River and just a short walk from the historic centre of Florence. It is the perfect place to enjoy the city while staying in a quieter and more peaceful area. We would come back without hesitation. A huge thank you to Raisa and Jessica for making our stay so special!

The location was good, room comfortable.

Our stay was from a Friday to Tuesday. There was never any staff at all in attendance. There was no breakfast, despite 2-3 tables and a small basic kitchen in the lobby. Lobby is up a flight of stairs, and our room was up another flight. No elevator. Elderly people would find this a challenge.
