The location was great, close to gloucester road and Earl's court underground stations. The area is quiet except there were road works at the time of my stay. They upgrade our booking to two bedrooms apartment so it was kind gesture. The staff were friendly. The kitchen was well equipped. There were fans and portable A/C but i didn't use them.
Rooms were not sound proof, you can hear the noise of other rooms. Cleaning wasn't perfect but i understand is it a big apartment. Furniture was old.

Great location, clean apartments. The receptionist staff were friendly and helpful. Nice modern kitchen. Really nice to have an outside space. Apartments in quiet location, close to facilities such as supermarkets, tube station and restaurants.
No air conditioning, people in the apartment below were noisy, beds were not comfortable, I expect the mattresses were old and needed replacing. Smell of cigarette smoke in master bedroom.

The Collingham apartment was spacious and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen that made it easy to settle in. It worked well for our family, and the location is excellent, within walking distance of Gloucester Road and Earl's Court stations and the shops and restaurants around them.
The apartment is quite dated, though, and there were some maintenance issues. The carpet was damp and the air conditioner was leaking, which let down an otherwise comfortable stay. The elevator is also very small, which is worth bearing in mind if you have luggage or a larger group.
