The location was amazing - just across from the stop to catch the pink line Waikiki Trolley. Across the road from the Ilikai which made a short trip to the Hilton lagoon and beach. The Ala Moana Center was just a short walk down the road and the Food Pantry and the ABC stores kept us fueled with food etc. The apartment itself had all the conveniences we needed. Toilet seats kept coming loose and decor in need of some updating but overall, it suited our needs. It had a fully equipped kitchen and was spacious for all 6 of us.

We did pay for an early check-in as I was travelling with my elderly parents but when we arrived, it was not ready due to some maintenance they were working on. We had to wait another 2hrs before settling into our apartment. Denis was however really helpful, meeting us and putting us into a temporary apartment before settling us into our apartment. This was super kind of him to meet us and tell us about all the great spots to enjoy in Waikiki. Tammy the PM was great to deal with prior to arriving and making sure all was communicated.

The apartment was perfect for our family. It had plenty of amenities and make our stay comfortable.

Mostly the property was great and if we really had to say something then it would be 1) we got a warning letter from the building administration at the car park we given. We had paid separately for this car park through the booking. (2) could have done a tad better with supplies such as trash bags and detergents as we were a family of 6.. these were little things, but we had a great time.

The views and the location are great. Good water pressure. washer/dryer in unit The king sized bed was comfortable

That is not the condo that is pictured. We rented one that had twenty more years of wear and tear. My wife wouldn’t stay there. it was good enough for our college age kids who are used to places that smell odd and have bug traps in the corners.
