L’amabilité du personnel et le service de navette

The location was excellent -- a very short walk to the train station and we were in Venice. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good, with various choices. The restaurant was a nice surprise--I was reluctant to eat there but one night we were tired and it was rainy and there was no other choice---but we had a delightful dinner and one of our friends ordered a birthday surprise for one of our friends at the table and they came thru in spades. The bartender/sommelier/waiter was very special/funny and made the evening something to remember. The outdoor patio was nice when the breakfast room was crowded or groups wanted to sit together.
Places to put things especially in the bathroom--no place for towels, personal shampoo, soap, even toilet paper was behind you! Very strange arrangement.

The location was excellent! Convenient to the airport and the train station was located right behind the hotel.

The restaurant was decent.
Elevator doors won't stop for people walking in the elevator. The shower water wasn't hot, the room smelled.
