Had a great stay: comfy beds, good food, room clean and had everything it needed. Bar and restaurant area clean and nicely decorated. Very good set-up. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet tasty and sufficient and the restaurant menu is great if you are just looking for a quick bite without having to go out again. Would definitely stay again.
Booked room with twin beds. Hotel changed to double bed without informing or confirming with me ahead of stay. While the booking says 'if available' this is a change that really should be discussed at time of booking. When we arrived we did not have another option unfortunately.

The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable, the staff were really nice, overall i didnt find any faults with our stay and would definitely be back

Josh on booking me in was extreemly professiinal and friendly and ensured I was given information for my stay very good
Well I shoukd have chrckrd but a 0630 0930 breakfast is not good for non trades people...the quality of the breakfast given Ive just stayed in 4 hotels was poor...eggs zero taste even for powder...sausages very strange bearable but switching coffee off 0925 0930 not good...even though a lady did make me one.
Also an issue I will speak to risk team about a glass shelf in shower room....but shower was spotless basin cracked.
