Very central, staff very helpful in moving rooms, very clean and comfortable
Area is a bit noisy , to be expected in the peta region. Trash pick up at 6 am is noisy, the staff was very helpful in moving us to a quieter room

The room was quiet, clean and spacious. The staff was welcoming, very helpful and professional. The location was good, close to the metro stations, some attractions and shopping. The hotel manager, Sefer, made sure at check in to explain everything and made you feel welcome. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and checked in with me to make sure I didn't need anything. The food at the restaurant was very good. I could walk to coffee shops and the walkway by the sea and the Kilic Pasa Hamam. The hotel also has a very nice spa and pool but I did not have time to use it this time.
I did not like how crowded Istanbul is in August and the hotel was a nice and quiet escape after crowded and noisy streets. I would recommend to visit when it is less crowded. Early summer or Spring.

Cleaning and supportive staff specifically Mr yakup and Mr Murad they was so kind and professional
No fridge in the room which not preferred to me to stay agin in palazzo hotel
