Very easy check in process and staff were very helpful with sorting our bags.
A bit on the small size but was expected so not a bad thing and would stay again.

Au calme malgré le centre-ville; l’accueil, la propreté, le lavatory

Great location.
Tiny-as usual for Tokyo.

Staff were able to speak English and were always helpful
Absolute insistence that the rooms get cleaned every 2 days. If you put a "do not disturb" tag on the door on a cleaning day, they pass a note under the door telling you that the room needs to be cleaned and to contact the front desk to arrange it.
The location is not good, to get to Shinjuku station you have to walk all the way through Kabukicho, past all the soaplands, love hotels, and then later all the touts offering "happy endings". You then get to Shinjuku station which is highly connected, it also means it's very very busy. The hotel itself is good, just its location..
