Communication was excellent.
Arranged our airport transfer.
Location perfectly central but still quiet at night.
Room was comfortable with plenty storage and a safe.
bathroom clean with towels, hairdryer, hand wash and toilet roll provided
Small kitchen area with cooking faculties and kettle
Great choice of breakfast cooked to order.
Free WiFi and air con in rooms.
Staff lovely.
The only thing I’d say is we would have liked water and tea/coffee to be provided in the room but that’s just an added extra and for the price I have absolutely no complaints.

Beds were comfortable, good pillows. Regularly serviced.
English breakfast or any combination cooked at request.
Quite difficult to find initially - all taxi drivers will know the Yellow submarine
If you are lost, with the Yellow submarine building behind you walk forward 200 metres and you will see a shoe shop on your right, turn right and by the CBD shop bear right.
