Port Gaverne Hotel

We loved our big room. The tea and coffee making station was well stocked and it’s a real bonus having fresh milk available to make tea. We liked the personalised welcome card left there on arrival, a proper personal touch. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the bathroom has a great shower. Unfortunately you’ve now set such a high bar for breakfasts and dinners, we’re worried we won’t ever find better!

Leaving! Wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Property is in a beautiful location and very quaint. Breakfast was excellent

They seemed to be short staffed so the staff did not have the time to be very helpful. The room was rather small for 2 people and the carpets were worse for wear and need to be replaced

The location is just beautiful. A nice walk to Port Issacc, if you don't mind a big hill walk. The room we had was extremely spacious with an outside court area, good for bog owners. Outside the rooms is a terrace seating area. You get dry robes to use whilst staying. The food is one of my favourite places to eat, just enough food and so tasty, not the cheapest but you won't be disappointed. The bed was so comfy, I sleped really well. The staff are so good and attentive, even though they are rushed off their feet all the time. The variety of breakfast items is great. I recommend the spritz drinks, I had a dark cherry, and it was blooming lush. (Actually, I had two shhhhh I was pn holiday) Honestly, this is one of my happy places. We also tried their other pizza restaurant Pilchards again good.

Honestly, nothing really, maybe more than 2 toilet roll in the room. Not recommend for disabled access. Lots of steps to rooms. The room only had one outlet for charging phones.

Lovely location Food was good

No Guest Parking - Chaos with Bags Kitchen extractor fans outside the room Housekeeping issues and not enough towels Not a Hotel but a pub with rooms
