The only positives were the location and Mr. Ashok, who was very helpful to us.
I’m not sure why it’s considered a five-star hotel. The attitude of the staff, especially at reception, is certainly not five-star. They were RUDE and did not know how to speak to guests properly.
On top of that, the smell coming from the toilet was very bad, and the lighting system/switches in the room were not working properly. Overall, the experience was subpar and definitely not what I would expect from a five-star hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
