Rose Hotel Yokohama, The Distinctive Collection By WORLDHOTELS

We had a cruise from Yokohama port, so location was a 15 minute taxi ride to the port. The maid service was excellent. We enjoyed a watch party baseball game at the Yokohama De Na Baystars stadium, that was fantastic. And they won, which had 30,000 fans cheering and hugging, followed by fireworks! However, what really made our stay at the Rose Hotel was your employee, Junko Ishibashi, she was outstanding. She always greeted us with a warm genuine “hello” every time she saw us. Her assistance with obtaining taxis was above and beyond helpful. Being in the customer service business myself for over 30 years, I can honestly say, Junko’s customer service skills are truly exemplary, she is a shining star for the Rose Hotel. This review and 10 rating is because of Junko!

Transportation to and from downtown Tokyo was expensive. However, all the taxi drivers were polite, professional and very helpful.

Good sized room with wardrobe rather than just clothes hangers. Excellent staff in all positions of the hotel.

Old facilities that need updating. Very dim in rooms, lights aren't great. Didn't appreciate the poor customer service at reception.
