Hotel Aktaion Syros

Staying at Aktaion made it easy to experience the atmosphere of Ermoupoli rather than simply using the hotel as a place to sleep. The waterfront setting is beautiful, and the surrounding streets are full of interesting buildings, shops, cafés and restaurants. The hotel itself was comfortable and very clean, with a lovely traditional character. We also found the staff polite and accommodating throughout our visit. There is something particularly enjoyable about staying in a historic property that still offers all the practical comforts you need.

What I enjoyed most was the character of the hotel and its position overlooking the harbor. It felt like a genuine Ermoupoli experience.

Le bâtiment est magnifique avec beaucoup de caractère. Les employés que nous avons rencontrés le matin lors du petit déjeuner étaient très sympathiques. Localisation de l'hôtel est parfaite pour un petit weekend dans le centre ville !

The location was particularly convenient for exploring Ermoupoli. It was easy to walk around and discover different parts of the town.
