I will stay at Stargate whenever I come to Osaka.. I love this hotel partially due to the location n it's service is excellent... Well recommended!

The morning shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. The views from our room were amazing.
Also it’s very close to an outlet shopping centre, so very good shopping close by. And the weekday price for a room was really good value for money.

Location was convenient, nearby Rinku Town and premium outlet stores (shopping and food choices). Free Shuttle to airport was very helpful. Room was large and spacious.
The room carpet requires refreshing and furniture needs an update. For me, the pillows were very small (though I'm grateful that there were 2 pillows per person). Finally please operate Free Shuttle from airport to your hotel. I'm puzzled why this service was not available since there is one "to" the airport.

It is very close to KIX airport so it’s convenient. I was given a spacious twin room, even though I was a solo traveller. There is a convenience store on the second floor of the hotel, which was also very nice.
The building/facilities are a little old. When I checked into my room, I found a cockroach in my bathroom. Thankfully, the staff were happy to move me to a new room.
