Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
Great location and really friendly staff.
We stayed in room 602 and it was a bit tired - paper starting to peel in places and no fridge which I would expect in a suite. Toilet seat was a bit loose.

Location was excellent
Our room was a cosy double-internal room we didn’t know it was .air conditioning wasn’t working-window broken wouldn’t open-no view at all .didn’t say that internal rooms had no view.complained and were told that’s the luck off the draw by the girl on reception when we asked about changing as the couple with us paid for the same type room and got one with a view and a window that works.room was too dark even with lights on and very warm as air conditioning only barely came on.

Beautiful suite, with plenty of room and a great view of Discovery and the V&A.
Floor boards in the room were very squeaky.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was a good size, bed was comfy
Chromecast didn't work so was stuck with live TV, did report it to the staff and had someone up to take a look but they couldn't fix it. Sadly it was too noisy due to the pub downstairs so didn't get much sleep. Wouldn't recommend for the price we paid and ruined our romantic night away.
