The staff were very nice.
Food was good.
Spacious and the toilet were enough for the group.
Balinese Massage was available on call.
The pool didn't feel so clean to use.

The villa was great.
The location was fine, but would have been nicer to be closer to the main strip shops and restaurants.Area was noisy at times with motorcycle traffic and animals, dogs barking during the night and roosters at all hours.

We had an enjoyable stay, staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you, the layout of the villa was good. Plenty of choices for breakfast which was good but cooked food was always cold. There are some good restaurants within a 15 minute walk where we spent most evenings, all very good value. Taxi's are ridiculously cheap.
Firstly we enjoyed our stay, we were there for 12 nights for a family wedding, however we found the property to be very tied and in need of undating/ modernising. The outside area is very small and not suitable for young children, bordering dangerous. We had a 3 bedroom villa that came with 2 sunbeds???. There wasn't enough space for anymore beds had they been available. The pool is not family friendly, 1 step before a 1 meter drop and then an instant drop to 1.6 meters. There are 4 concrete seats in the pool with a large concrete table all close to the step making it very dangerous.. The list of amenities on the Booking.com website is not accurate, you say there are bathrobes, dishwashers and tumble dryers in the villa, that's incorrect , there isn't and never has been according to the owners. The area is a bit of the beaten track with the access road not suitable for cars and the beach not suitable for bathing ( according to the villa owners) as it on an estuary.
