The property is beautiful, well maintained, spotless clean and has very beautifully designed lobby and breakfast room - very intimate and cozy. The bathroom was well sized, the room was very clean and smelled so nice.
Our room had no outside window which was a bit uncomfortable and the host didn’t change it at request. During our stay there was a bit of noise in the afternoon when we wanted to sleep. And the breakfast is a bit poor.

Tatiana was friendly & helpful.
It was a longer walk to old Siena town than believed. It took 45-50 minutes, not 20 as described. Driveway is very steep, steps up to reception and stairs to room.
We had room Erica and the bathroom layout was very poor with the toilet squashed in the corner and two angled steps up to the shower!! Unfortunately, due to family issues had to leave after 2 nights but would have done so anyway and not stayed for originally booked 5 nights, disappointed.
